Milestones

2001

Ben Lerner joins Qube Global Software where he spent the next 16 years working across all areas of the business in senior, operational and leadership roles.

2005-17

Ben is actively involved in and leads on various acquisitions and investments made by Qube Global Software.

2010

Ben Lerner joins the Qube Global Software Board of Directors.

2017

Ben leads the sale of Qube Global Software to MRI Software, having helped grow and lead the business to a £25mm revenue, 300 employee, global software enterprise.

2019

Lerner Associates was formed and its first M&A advisory transaction completed.

2022

Michael Damelin joins the team bringing enhanced accounting and financial skills from his experience at EY.

2023

Yossi Black joins the team as a graduate with financial and M&A grounding. Additional supporting members of the team join.
