Experience

Yossi is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE) with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance and a deep-seated passion for M&A. Whilst at university, he co-founded the M&A Centre, an influential online platform highlighting the latest mergers and acquisitions across various sectors. Yossi’s professional journey began as a summer analyst at American Express, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis.

Having joined the firm as an Associate in early 2023, Yossi has since then gone on to successfully lead end-to-end sell-side projects, driving transactions to successful completion. Yossi has played a pivotal role in executing M&A transactions within the workplace management, appraisals and valuations, commercial brokerage, and residential tech sectors, across the US, UK, and Europe.

Qualifications

Yossi has a BSc in Accounting and Finance – LSE.

Personal

Yossi moved to London from Newcastle in 2005, together with his 8 siblings, where he resides with his wife.

In his limited spare time, he manages an art fund focused on investments in contemporary art, plays three musical instruments, and is a half-decent tennis player.
