PropertyTek, a portfolio company of Greater Sum Ventures (greatersumventures.com), has acquired ShowMojo, Inc.

PropertyTek (propertytek.com), based in Knoxville, TN,  is a suite of cloud-based property management software solutions and internet listing services, serving independent landlords, small to midsize property management companies, and off-campus student housing providers. It is one of a number of buy and build portfolio companies owned or invested in by GSV within the PropTech space. Another well-known portfolio company is Inhabit (inhabit.com).

ShowMojo (hello.showmojo.com) automates the leasing process for property managers and investors across North America, delivering significant cost savings, happier staff, reduced market times, and a better experience for prospective tenants.

ShowMojo positions companies to grow their door count without the same, linear growth in leasing staff. And ShowMojo provides unparalleled insights into the residential leasing funnel, enabling a culture of constant process and performance improvements.

As well as key leasing automation benefits, ShowMojo also provides smart and remote door locking solutions to enable easy access, to various stakeholders, to any property.

ShowMojo is a nutural fit for PropertyTek, well aligned with other PropertyTek acqusitions and sproducts, such as Tenant Cloud and Tenant Turner.
