Plentific divests of TouchRight Software

Plentific, the London-based proptech company, backed by Brookfield and noa, amongst others, has divested of its TouchRight Software division. The TouchRight business has been acquired by private buyer, Miriam Roth, a well-known London based entrepreneur, who has signfiicant experience in property lettings, property management, inventories and inspections, and in software.

 

Plentific is a cloud-based property operations platform that streamlines real estate management by connecting property owners, operators, contractors, and residents in real time. It offers tools for managing maintenance, repairs, inspections, compliance, and resident communications, all within a single system. The platform includes a vetted contractor marketplace, enabling users to source and manage service providers efficiently. With features like open APIs and mobile apps, Plentific integrates seamlessly with existing systems, enhancing operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

TouchRight Software provides award-winning, cloud-based property inspection and reporting solutions for letting agents, property managers, and landlords. Originally founded by industry professionals, Rachel and Terry Lightfoot, and acquired by Plentific in 2022 – in a transaction advised on by Lerner Associates – the platform simplifies the creation of professional reports using mobile devices, customizable templates, photographic evidence, and cloud storage—ideal for inventories, check-ins, mid-term visits, and check-outs.

We were delighted to work with Cem Savas, and the team at Plentific, on this transaction. It is especially memorable for Lerner Associates, having advised the previous owners of TouchRight Software, on the sale of the business to Plentific in 2022.
